Älvdalen is the second largest settlement in post-Rash Sweden according to population, which numbers 900. it is connected to Mora, capital of Sweden and touted "capital of Scandinavia", by a corridor of cleansed land.
While the story didn't address Älvdalen so far, the World Map marks it as the place where the Swedish hydroelectric power plant is located.
